ITM-201 is an automatic soldering machine, which has a slant transferring method as the secondary soldering equipment with the lead classification type. It is a dual wave type for soldering of the inside chip components.
It also makes the wave flow with a stable base in the first adn second nozzle of the solder-pot without any pulsation phenomenon. In addition, the main conveyor was designed considering the contraction and expansion.
The finger, finely made from stainless steel, can hold a boardfirmly and transfer it so that the ITM-201 can solder with the most optimal condition.

• Input Conveyor
  • Being a belt type, its connection to the main conveyor is smooth.
  • Speed is easily adjusted by a speed controller .
    
• Main Conveyor, Finger
  • Rail angle aduustment can be done with a handle.
  • It is designed considering the contraction and expansion of the AL rail.
  • It is possible to have forward and reverse revolving as a transferring method of PCB.
    
• Solder Pot (Dual Wave)
  • The first chip nozzle and the second normal nozzle, being independent types, have constant waves and are easy to control its height.
  • With S.S.R Temperature, being the S.S.R type, can be maintained at a certain level.
  • Because of using an inverter, the wave is constant and there is no pulsation phenomenon.
  • The height and back and forth location of the solder pot can be controlled by each handle.
    
• Pre-Heater

• The front side of the PCB can be widely pre-heated by using a heater of the 'W' type.
• The effect of pre-heat has been increased by attaching a heat prote-cting cover.
• Cleaning, maintenance, repair and management are easy by installing a protection net and a garbage-receiving drawer.
• Temperature, being the S.S.R type, can be maintained at a certain level.
